Space Booking Refund Policy

Cancellations: Bookings for our private space must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance of the booking date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation notice will result in the full booking fee being charged and no refund issued.
Subscription Services Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made in writing or through our website contact form. Please include your name, subscription or booking details, and the reason for the refund request.
This Refund Policy applies to all customers of Geniuz Studios and is part of the Terms and Conditions agreement.
